Sponsored Content:

Gifted Products:

Consent for Use of Likeness and Content:

Scope of Consent: By participating in any sessions, events, or engagements with VisualDee Creative LLC or by using our services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be filmed, recorded, or photographed during your participation. You understand that VisualDee Creative LLC may use these recordings, films, or photographs in any media, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotion, revenue generation, educational or editorial content, or for any other commercial or non-commercial purposes.

2. Ownership and Rights: You acknowledge and agree that all recordings, films, photographs, audio, or visual content created during the Services are the exclusive property of VisualDee Creative LLC. You hereby waive any right to ownership, royalties, or other compensation related to the use of your likeness, voice, and any content created during the Services. VisualDee Creative LLC retains the unrestricted, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content containing your likeness without any obligation to you.

3. No Compensation: Participation in Services or inclusion in any content does not entitle you to any form of compensation. Your participation is voluntary and you understand that exposure or involvement in the content is provided without financial remuneration.

4. Public and Private Content: You acknowledge that the Services may be conducted in both public and private settings. Content captured in public settings, such as live streams on platforms like YouTube, may be accessible to the general public. Content produced in private settings, such as paid webinars or coaching sessions behind paywalls, is intended for restricted audience access. Regardless of the setting, the terms of this agreement apply equally.

5. Revocation and Removal: You may request the discontinuation of the use of content containing your likeness by submitting a written request to [email protected]. However, the decision to comply with such a request remains at the discretion of VisualDee Creative LLC and is not guaranteed. Content created prior to the request may continue to be used.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisualDee Creative LLC and its affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise as a result of your participation in the Services or use of your likeness in content.

7. Acknowledgment: By continuing to use the Services or by participating in any activity involving VisualDee Creative LLC, you affirmatively acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree to these conditions, you are advised not to participate in the Services.
